I ordered this in an emergency, we already had a mug with my granddaughter on it from when she was a baby, unfortunately my granddaughter accidentally broke it, she was distraught 😔 i messaged Terrie and told her about it, this amazing woman had a replacement to us within an hour! My granddaughter was so happy and wouldn't let go of her, the cup was better as it had her name on it aswell, thanks Terrie, you're an angel.
